
Precision control of oxygen and carbon dioxide for micro-scale cell culture
The 颇尔 Micro-24 Gas Micro Mixer accessory creates additional gas regime control capability at the microbioreactor scale, increasing the precision of control of CO2 exposure for sensitive mammalian cell culture applications.A very simple touch screen interface controls the mixing of up to three control gases - Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide, and Nitrogen/ Normal Air - with precision low-volume thermal mass flow controllers (Figure 2 on Performance tab).The user can access pre-set standard configurations, or quickly and easily create and store custom mixes of 2 or 3 gases.The device supports very precise pH and dissolved oxygen control while maintaining optimal CO2 concentrations in culture, stripping excess CO2 and maintaining minimal CO2 (Figure 3 on Performance tab).
