
The Integrity PadMixer™ single-use mixing system is the most diverse system of its kind available today.The PadMixer system is designed for use in a manufacturing setting and performs equally well in product development.This single-use mixing system is efficient for all application types and offers high-end controls and abilities geared to satisfy cGMP requirements.
The PadMixer system uses an innovative bag design, allowing a non-invasive connection between the disposable mixing bag and the hardware.Mixing is initiated when the integrated paddle inside the bag rotates within.Speed, direction and frequency of rotational change can all be controlled by the operator and/or programmable recipe.The PadMixer system performs well for challenging mixing activities and is optimal for use in a broad range of bio- process applications, from buffer preparation to final formulation.
As with all 颇尔 LifeSciences' single-use mixing systems, the PadMixer system uses disposable mixing bags made for one-time use from 颇尔 Integrity TK8 bioprocess film.The product-contacting layer of Integrity TK8 film is blow-extruded in-house by 颇尔 under cleanroom conditions, using medical-grade ultra low-density polyethylene resin.It is then laminated to create a gas barrier film of exceptional cleanliness, strength and clarity that is animal derived component free (ADCF) and complies fully with USP Class VI requirements.
