Mini Kleenpak™ capsules are compact filters used in the laboratory for volumes of 2 L to 50 L in process development, and in pilot and manufacturing scale operations if processing requirements do not demand a large filter.These are the smallest capsule filters in the UpScale SM program range to utilize a pleated membrane, and are excellent for modeling filter performance at large (production) scale.

Novasip™ capsules are the first and only single-use filter capsules that can be sterilized by in-line steaming.This robust filter capsule is an ideal low-maintenance alternative to a stainless steel filter cartridge and housing assembly for integration into an Steam-In-Place (SIP) system in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments (volumes of 30 L to 500 L).
Acro 50 vent filters are designed for use in air/gas and vent applications utilizing proprietary, low pressure-drop, hydrophobic polyvinylidenedifluoride (PVDF) Emflon® II membrane.The filters are stable to gamma-irradiation up to 50 kGy, and are therefore ideally suited to single-use applications where venting of biocontainers is a requirement.
