Purification of Albumin From Human Plasma

Total protein (0.3 mL plasma) was bound to the Blue Trisacryl® M AcroSep column in 20 mM PBS, pH 7.2. Bound proteins were eluted with a gradient of 3 M NaCl in PBS.
